EXTRA CONFERENCE BAG INSERTS
Support your collateral material with downloadable demos on DVDs, additional literature and catalogs, or supply us with your promotional item — pens, notebooks, mints, etc. — and we’ll insert them in each conference bag.

CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST (3 available)
Includes pre-show promotion acknowledging your sponsorship, plus on-site signage saying “Breakfast is brought to you by ....” Sponsor may also supply napkins for use with the breakfast only. Plus, a literature table will be available for your collateral materials. Three breakfasts are available.

LUNCHEON CERTIFICATES (2 available)
Attendees will receive a $25 gift certificate, presented in a card with your logo and message, usable at nearby restaurants. Two sponsorships are available.

COFFEE BREAKS (6 available)
Sponsor a mid-morning or afternoon break for conference attendees. Includes all beverages. Afternoon breaks  include snack items. You’ll also receive pre-show and on-site recognition as a break sponsor, with a sign saying  “Coffee Break brought to you by ....” Six breaks are available.

Supply soft drinks and beer for one of our informal discussion groups.

Wireless Internet Access is the Number 1additional benefit that our attendees request. You can sponsor the Access  in a designated area. Includes pre-show and on-site signage.
